Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders placed with HawkinsWear require preparation time before shipment.

Our processing time is 2–4 business days.
This includes order verification, quality checks, preparation, and packaging.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the carrier for shipment.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is:

5–9 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.


3. High-Demand Periods

During certain times of the year, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Black Friday

  • Christmas and holiday seasons

  • Special promotional periods

  • Increased carrier workload

During these periods, delivery times may be extended.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link

Please note that tracking updates may not appear until the package reaches the destination country. It is normal for tracking information to take a few days to update.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.


5. Responsibility After Delivery

Once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered”, the shipment will be considered successfully completed.

Vesterez is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery

  • Loss of the package after confirmed delivery

  • Deliveries made to mailboxes, reception desks, or shared addresses without signature

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If tracking shows the package as “Delivered,” claims for non-receipt will not be accepted.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, if required by the local customs authority or carrier.

Torius Kits is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs procedures.

  • Additional charges resulting from customs clearance.
