At HawkinsWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a return or exchange, please review the details below.


1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Faulty Items or Incorrect Orders

If your jersey arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your order, we’ll make it right at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault or error on our part:
    ✅ We cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a size change or personal preference:
    🚚 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.


6. Size Exchanges

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

If you need a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the next steps.
