HawkinsWear – Return & Refund Policy

At HawkinsWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a return, please review the details below.

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To start the process, contact us at 📩 infohawkinswear@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for your request.

2. Please Check Your Size Before Ordering
We do not offer size exchanges. We kindly ask you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order, as we cannot swap items for a different size once the order has been placed.
If you're unsure about your size, message us before ordering and we'll be happy to help you choose.

3. Faulty Items or Incorrect Orders
If your jersey arrives damaged, or if we made a mistake with your order (wrong item or wrong size sent), we'll make it right at no cost to you — we'll send you a replacement garment completely free.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in perfect condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
    We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return or replacement is due to a fault or error on our part: ✅ We cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or an incorrect size chosen by the customer: 🚚 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
